Hi @danielhreben,   Welcome to TPG Community!   We were able to locate your account and understand that you've been in contact with one of our Social Media Representatives (Facebook page).   This issue was coordinated to our NBN Provisioning team and since the service has been activated on your new address we need to wait until the system completes the transfer and once this is done we can then request to have your service relocated to your current address.
