Received a TPG SMS on 10 Oct stating that I have been charged for 2GB extra data block for billing period ending 09/10/2021. Don’t think I used extra data, as it was a pandemic lockdown period and I mainly used my home WiFi and had not been using the data of my mobile much. Anyone knows why has this happened and how to resolve this issue?

Both internet and home phone are not working from around 8:30pm last night. Found that only the top green LED light of the NBN box was illuminating, instead of all 4 LED light. Checked there is no NBN outage in my area. Had tried to reset both NBN box and modem, but not success. Tried to reset again this morning. It is still the same. Please help.

I use TPG bundle since Oct 2019. I had a problem with home phone in Feb 2020. Finally my original modem had to be replaced so as to make the home phone work again. After 3 months, the home phone is now not working again, internet is OK. I can't make or receive calls. I can hear the dialling tone but when I try to make a call, It becomes silent, no sound at all. If I call the home phone using my mobile, the screen keeps on showing dialling and is not able to connect. Can someone help.

I am using NBN Bundle (Internet +Phone line). I am currently unable to use my home phone, it had been down for more than a week. When I pick up the phone I can hear some noise but not the normal dialing tone. My friend has tried to call me but not success. I have tried reboot the modem and reconnecting the cables etc but still not working. Internet service is OK so far. Please help
