Received a TPG SMS on 10 Oct stating that I have been charged for 2GB extra data block for billing period ending 09/10/2021. Don’t think I used extra data, as it was a pandemic lockdown period and I mainly used my home WiFi and had not been using the data of my mobile much.
Anyone knows why has this happened and how to resolve this issue?
