G’day! I just want to ask why my modem all the lights on but no internet please? I reseted the modem and i did the speedtest the result download 0.0mbps download 0.1mbps. The TPG told me i already reached my 50Gb allowance during peak hours and i internet will be slowed to 128kbps. But in the TPG website it is written that the minimum acceptable speed for normal adsl2 is between 4-10mbps the same as nbn12 bundle, but why is no mbps download and upload? Please i need the answer to anyone from out there because the tpg phone line no one answers and the helpdesk and support no answers at all. Is been 3 days already I don’t have internet.
