Hi @GeoffSmith,    Welcome to Community!    We're glad to know that your NBN service is now successfully installed!    I did run remote test and have found no fault on the line that can be service affecting but we can certainly check for any underlying cause of the issue.    Furthermore, your homephone service relies on your internet.
