Hello, I ordered NBN100 upgrade from NBN50 over 2 weeks ago and I'm still only on the NBN50 plan it seems (every time I test the speed* with your speed test I max at 50 Mbps) What on earth is going on? and will I be refunded for the time someone hasn't bothered to turn on the "up speed to NBN100" switch * over once per day so far

Hi I've got the same problem again, whenever my FTTC drops out it takes "hours" to reconnect again. The problem resolved itself but why does it take over 3 hours to reconnect?

I'm in Bexley, NBN has been down since Sunday 8th, Just after the big downpour, when can we expect it to come back online?
