I'm cancelling my ADSL2+ with Home Phone Bundle at the end of the next billing period and have notified the Accounts & Billing team via the MESSAGE US button on the TPG Contact page. Before the cancellation takes effect, I intend to port my Home Phone number away to a VoIP provider. I have a couple of questions: Is anything required to be performed by TPG before I submit a port request with the other provider? Will my ADSL2+ service continue to work if my Home Phone number is ported before the end of the next billing period? Thanks.
