G'day How long does it take my move my NBN line to a new address as I am currently planning to move to a new premises in Mid Jan. How early must i give notification? Also how soon does it take to transfer the connection and line (As I need it to be available the next day in new premises and ready to connect for work purposes) Thanks

Hello Bryan Is there any feedback on this request or a date when a phone line can be installed? I believe the ports are already available but just needs yor TPG technician to connect a new phone line. Thanks

Dear TPG Kindly note after a 5 visit from the NBN Techician, i was advised that a phone line was for my internet connection was not installed and due to a mix up with the building split between STudio 12 A (Current where I am staying) and Unit 12 A (My Neight with a different ISP) the NBN line was always dropping when each of us try to connect to the line with our Modems. [I thought this was part of TPG check during registration and have also emphasized my address during the 2nd connection when we identified this issue in Feb. Please can you advise how soon can a new Phone line be installed to my flat Studio 12A, and any costs to please give me the invoice so we can speed this process and not cause any inconvenience to my neighbor or myself in trying to connect to the NBN network? Thanks

Hello PLease advise why my NBN Connection is offline today? I have tried calling and it directs me to use chat support When using chat support, its says all agents unavailable - PLease note consistent connection for work purposes is critical Please can you check a repeat of my previous issues where some1else has migrated by NBN line has not happened again :-( I need this connection back up URGENTLY

Yes but still doesn't answer the delay on NBN and why they had to shift my date 13 days later from initially planned. And your answer doesn't explain why you dont have a backup plan should NBN be down to cater for 4G. Your response about Covid 19 and TPG support working from home is totally unrelated to the question in subject but noted on the delays during this time. But please stick to the question and not post automated answers as the issue is still at hand, what is your contingency plan to ensure connection to subscribers if NBN is down? And please dont post another comment how confident the fibre will not be down and support is always available 24 hours.......doesn't solve the problem if there is no connection. Thanks

Sorry but as a customer waiting for almost 2 months for NBN to install my line and now they pushed my installation date forward without my authorization while I was told TPG is negotiating to get it sooner, seems like NBN dictates how and when it should be done at their convenience. I agree with this request that TPG should cater for broadband backup and the responses of being confident that a drop out is very rare is not accurate based on my case. Indeed the billing is adjusted but the loss of business and inconvenience of no connectivity is far worse than the subscription. So please take this into consideration and let's not bank all our chips into 1 basket as I am starting to see why customers are moving over to Vodafone due to this feature they offering preventing downtime of NBN. Thanks

Please can you confirm that I will get a rebate for the days my internet is down and your case manager taking more than a week to contact me and resolve the issue. The longer your case manager takes I expect a discount ok my next debit.

Hello Basil DV Thanks for the Feedback. I only enquired and signed up with TPG being my very 1st provider - I have not started any discussion with any other provider as I just signed up with TPG as a New Customer +-2 weeks ago. (ie the NBN connection and Internet provider is all TPG on my name using the same address) - linked to my Phone number, email, address As a New customer who just signed up - shouldn't the NBN service that I paid for in full when signing up be linked to my Name/Phone number and address : (key details is name and Phone number) Because if that was use to authorize and validate the cancellation - this would never have happened. if a previous tenant moved their NBN service - why does it affect me since I am paying for the NBN service on my name....right? Appreciate your feedback and update on your investigation to have this line back online with a preventive measure in place. Thanks

I recently signed up for TPG promised no downtime and if downtime will be notified. 2 days ago - I noticed my internet is down with no notification received. When calling an enquiring after a long wait - consultant advised me that some1 cancelled the NBN line. I asked how is possible because i didnt authorize it? They transferred me to a Case manager that was unavailable. When calling the next day - Waiting line again of 30 minutes Consultant tried to check on a case manager - No availibility. He wrote a note to contact me during the day anytime after 11am - No reponse or call to date. I call again today - on a waiting line - (but surprising that Case manager still unable to read his emails or note and contact me to activate the line). This is very disappointing service, Response time is slow, waiting periods are long, and "How can you cancel a line without my authorization for something I am paying for???) I need an urgent call back and enabling of the line as my work and business is affected and being without internet over the weekend for a case manager to just active the line again (the run around is a real inconvenience and costly on calls) Having this unreliable product - I need a quick resolution, feedback or a rebate.
