If your TPG NBN Internet is not working but you have other means of accessing the internet you can go to https://tpg.com.au/nbnoutage to check if there are outages in the area.
If there is no outage on the area, please try to connect your computer directly to your TPG supplied wireless router using an Ethernet cable to eliminate wireless networking problems, and then switch the router off and on. If the service is still not working after that, the troubleshooting steps on this link https://www.tpg.com.au/support/nbn/problems_connect_internet_nbn may help.
