was only called once on mobile so obviously did not work, mobile is every day worse, even from a phone of another company in the same place at home, the other phone would try to connect, then the call connected only on tpg side, for 10 seconds there was no link in the other phone, then eventually could hear on the other. Finally the TPG line simply disconnected, terrible, so it's not even the antenna but all the backbone infrastructure not coping with traffic within the same area, I wonder how 5G is supposed to even work if it will require more bandwidth ... The problem is that I could login to the email site, and the emails are still not there, so even if the server was out, then why are emails never arriving? The sender address is not getting bounced or failed to send problems so some system from TPG confirmed reception, but then the emails are lost forever? ... View more

Things that may help if not tested yet: - Universal fix: reboot the router/wifi - Get another wifi AP from a friend to confirm if it is a WiFi problem rather than line/internet problem. If Wifi is the problem it may be like you say, router has issues, had fallen, or simply not coping with the amount of devices right now and may need another wifi AP if so. - Try to login to router ( may be able to see login info in a label on the back of the device) to check if someone hacked the pwd and therefore is using up more WiFi bandwidth and also using your internet. In this case change wifi pwd and only give it to people in the house. - Test download speeds by connecting one device at a time to see if one in particular is the problem (could even be a device with virus) ... TPG did send a message about setting up improved security with OTP. It provided quite a lot of time until this was in place, to be able to setup a number that does receive SMS. It is almost impossible to do much nowadays without an SMS receiving number, eg: for banks, are banks illegally asking for this also? Perhaps you can use that number, and not buy a new number if your current is impossible to setup to receive SMS. I see the same messages that appeared multiple times even if not in a phone call. This is using the TPG phone line with the modem. Also noticed that when picking up the phone it takes 2 seconds to get any audio in or out. ... View more
