Hi, if someone from TPG can please help would be grateful.   Your plan change team has action on a plan change request on Wed, and today I am still on my old plan, the rep Melvin (from memory on online chat) said that it will take a maximum of 48 hours to go through and i will get an email. Neither of that has happened. I also cannot change via my account because i got an error message  E:adsl_comm:thread_exists  Appreciate during this time things are very hectic, but I will also need to work from home and in need to have the correct plan in order for me to work from home. Hi, if i could have some help here would be much appreciated... so i have just switched over to nbn today FTTC and its all set up but it seems very slow. just ran a speed test and 1.8mbps down and 0.9mpbs up, the best i got was about 4 down and 0.9 up... the lady on the phone was saying to me that will be much faster than my adsl2 hence i agreed to switch over.. i am on the lowest nbn plan but this speed seems to be ridiculous?   please help thanks!   ...
