Get online support

Just swapped to NBN today and its horribly slow...

Hi,

if i could have some help here would be much appreciated...

so i have just switched over to nbn today FTTC and its all set up but it seems very slow.

just ran a speed test and 1.8mbps down and 0.9mpbs up, the best i got was about 4 down and 0.9 up...

the lady on the phone was saying to me that will be much faster than my adsl2 hence i agreed to switch over..

i am on the lowest nbn plan but this speed seems to be ridiculous?

 

please help thanks!
