No NBN internet

No NBN internet for days now. No response from technical support. Tried troubleshooting modem everyday, even a few times a day and still nothing. Checked NBN outages and no known outages for my address or area. I am paying for unlimited NBN internet when I don't even have any, and should be compensated at least for the lack of service and the fact I have no bloody internet TPG 🤬

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
