I have connected as per instructions for the 3rd time- still no success- I need help- I’ve tried in all different ways to try and contact you people no success- you keep on sending me txt messages to connect no success- I’m working from home and so is my daughter please contact as the internet is vital to us both.

I have had no reply - but I get a text message to connect the equipment, I’m not going to wast my time unless I get a confirmed message that the NBN is LIVE. Please respond or send out a technician
