My internet all of a sudden dropped out as my router lost internet configuration. 1 hour on the phone with technical support with TPG led me absolutely nowhere (advised to contact NetComm as this was "definitely not our issue"- quoted verbatim). And yes, Ive tried manually configuring it (don't send me the PDF Ive downloaded all of them already from TPG and NetComm) but wouldn't you believe, I can't even log in to manually configure it. Or when it did sometimes allow me in it would never complete the process because the final step (change password) wouldn't actually accept any password I put in. So what's the solution TPG? Send me a new router? Give me a new password? Give me some technical support? Or is it time I move on to Telstra?
