Hi NBN, I'm staying at XXXX , Bexley 2207, NSW and I've recently requested for the NBN 100 plan through TPG for my property and an NBN installer came on the 18th March 2019. He was unable to finish the installation as according to him the underground Lead-In Conduit (LIC) is missing and it was not connected to my property's PCD from the street's multiport (MPT) and that Civil Works would be required. I have tried to call TPG and it just keeps rining for over an hour. I have tried chat and i always get disconnected from thr queue and it says you chat has been closed. I need someone to call me asap to resolve this. TPG experience has been so horrible.
