3 time ive been the online support and transfered to someone who never answers, the phone numbers dont work at all. Have been told twice that someone will call me an they haven't. Had a technician booked from 1-5 pm yesterday, obviously took time off for the appointment for them to be a no show, get on to online support an they tell me he came to the house an said there was no problem?
