Oh, I forgot to mention to all those searching for the same solution, you CAN have an IMAP account with TPG for a measly $40 a year.... Good luck TPG

You a right, finally, a simple admission that TPG is simply not as great as the other larger email providers and cannot do what they do would have sufficed rather than the insistence that TPG does just fine as a stand alone email provider.... I will transfer my TPG email to another than can do what I want it to do... thanks anyway.

Spark is my “Leisure/Game” email collector. I don’t want the emails from these pursuits in my main email account, there is enough crap that gets through there already....

No explanation why IMAP appears as an option... AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail all work flawlessly within SPARK. I guess TPG is not a serious candidate as an email provider that can integrate like the “big players”..... Oh well, I’ll try to find another that can.

I haven’t added any of the other email accounts I use to my iPad settings? Do I have to to be able to add TPG to Spark Email client?? I wouldn’t have thought so as gmail is my main....

I don’t have the email setup on my ipad, thats why I wanted to use a client.... gmail is my main email account....

LOL, just had a chuckle to myelf.... I guess you do sometimes deal with some people who may be TOTALLY clueless. Of course I was connected. I have tried using my home TPG network and my phone as a hotspot.... it makes no difference. The attached jpegs have been cropped for privacy reasons

Spark is an app i found in the apple App Store for use on my ipad air2. It collects email from nominated accounts. I dont remember “setting up” my tpg email, it would have been the default settings.... the top jpeg was taken from the spark app. If you tell me where to find the email settings you need within TPG I will post them here....

I am trying to get an email client to capture tpg email. I have an aol and yahoo email already in use but tpg won’t work. The email client is “Spark”....
