Home phone diversion not connecting

The diversion works from my landline to my mobile but when I answer it’s silent like it hasn’t connected properly can someone please Fix this I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours to Tpg waiting on hold and then got disconnected I’m now waiting on hold again but I’m over it ready to change companies:( ...
