Hi, Nbn keeps alarming and it’s been dead until minutes ago. The green light at battery power is blink now. It seems to be needed the battery replacement. I’m pretty sure it’s in warranty period, but I wonder how can I get a new battery and how do I replace it? Thx

Hi, Thanks for your reply. The problem is no one at home are available to talk on the phone during the business hours. I wasn’t sure if it’s okay on weekends. Maybe could you write me some advice about what I need to do beforehand?
