Is it possible to arrange for manual payment of TPG monthly bill? Currently, my TPG account is setup with direct debit. However, my financial account has been blocked till I get back to Australia in June-2023 as there been fraud. I don't want to my home internet to be disconnected due to fail direct debit. Please help and advice.

I'm stuck overseas for over a year & my home internet is about to be disconnected due to NBN. TPG has tried to contact me on OZ number but I'm just not reachable overseas with that number. TPG has managed to reach out to me via email about this switch to NBN. I've my concerns as TPG has submit a request for switch to NBN 25 bundle without my authorization and approval. I know I have to switch but I have no way of reaching out to TPG to have online chat with sales/customer service in regards to my options and the monthly cost. Urgent...please help me...how can I reach out to TPG to discuss before they come & switch me to their default plan on 27/7/2021? I not only have to discuss my options but need to inform TPG of the oz contact person in my absence for the NBN installation. I've emailed yesterday to raise my concern to Karen who reached out to me in the first place via email and I've not heard back from her. Urgent...Help,.... Please contact me +xxxxxxxoverseas.

Hi Mae The deduction was taken from my Credit Card. Could you please request the refund to be returned to the same credit card. I do not wish the refund to my TPG account but to be refunded to the same credit card they have taken the monies from; return it back to the source TPG has taken it from (as per refund policy in Australia). After all TPG charged full monthly internet fees on my credit card, I don't see any reason for the refund to be against my TPG account and I have to pay the $10 out of my own pocket towards the credit card.

TPG billing really creep me, I just received an statement showing a $10 shipping fee charged 28-06-2018. What is this shipping fee? Your billing really creep me. What are you sending to me when I haven't ordered anything? About 2 weeks ago your technician made the wrong diagnosis & blame my modem for my internet issue. So I place an order for FREE modem with a 6 months contract which need approval before it can proceed. The next day I rang & been told by your customer service that it has not been approved & I immediately request to cancel the order. I even confirm with your customer service that there is no change to my account and that order will not proceed. So why the $10 shipping fees? Your technician not only given me headache for mis-diagnosis of the internet problem, and now you are charging me for shipping fees when I did not order anything at all. Get your act together, and don't simply charge without customer knowledge. Hope you can contact me to sort out this matter.

At last my internet is up & running. Kudos to 3rd technician who did a very thorough diagnosis, and narrow down the root cause to being outside of my home. Prior to the 3rd technician's diagnosis, I was told I got a bad modem & I went on modem shopping spree. Kudos to TPG staff who has been very patiently trying to help me setup a brand new modem though we fail to get the internet to work, and for scheduling the 3rd technician promptly. I cross my fingers & hope for smooth running of my internet from here onwards.

TPG engineer came yesterday came yesterday, and concluded my modem is dead. I went to get a BRAND new one and still have the same issue. Both old and BRAND new modem can ping but cannot browse. I am sure it is not a modem related issue but some kind of configuration on TPG side that is causing the browsing issue. I saw the technician has another modem in his technician bag, and I asked if he could test with that. He said that modem is faulty as it does not work in another house. I test with 4 modems and none work; even with BRAND NEW modem I just bought from Bing Lee today. Please help do a thorough investigation, I CANNOT afford to keep on buying modem just to get the internet to work. I rather quit TPG than keep in buying modem.

My TPG is dead again, since 8pm 17-June-2018. My internet dropout nightmare started since I first reported back in April-2018. In the beginning, the dropout was more frequent and eventually managed to remain stable for about a month and I though at last TPG fixed the issue. Unfortunately, last night my nightmare started again. This morning I had a very very brief connection but very slow and then dead till now 2:30pm 18-june-2018. I tried LAN and have been swapping modem, nothing work. So I don't reckon it has anything to do with my end. TPG seriously have to work on this fault investigation.

Hi Erika I have been monitoring my internet using LAN for the last few days. Having monitored for few days, I am confirming the dropout has nothing to do WIFI. I have experienced very short irregular dropouts over last few days. Tonight I decided to report to TPG support who also confirmed the in-stability after running a test. I noticed fews people are experiencing dropouts, not sure if they using ADSL or NBN. Whatever is causing my internet dropouts, I am just hoping 2nd TPG technician who will probably come on site will be able to identify the the root cause. Being with TPG for few years now and internet has been good. Then last fews weeks I started having dropouts issue.

Dropout occur before 11pm (10ish), now already alive. Laptop connected via wifi & only 1.5m away from modem. Mobile phone also got disconnected during dropout. These short spur of dropouts tend to happen at night.

TPG close my fault ticket after 2 days of stability. For the last 2 nights & tonight I experience dropouts again, 3 consecutive nights. Reported 2 nights ago & I am getting really annoy by this un-explain dropouts. TPG, pls do a thorough investigation into dropouts that I have been experiencing lately. And, don't close the ticket just because there is 2 days of stability & then start dropping out after fault ticket closed.

Strangely last night my ADSL internet came back up alive without anything done on my side. TPG technician came today & nothing wrong with my cabling at all apart from slight corrosion on the phone socket that he just brush with paint brush. So currently, my internet is being monitored for re-occurrence.

My TPG ADSL has been having random dropout before but since yesterday it is completely dead. I am very sure has nothing to do with my modem as I have been swapping modem and nothing works. Even in rare moment, I am able to connect the speed is very slow. Urgent help needed as we need internet both for work and school.
