hi i think i agreed with you i have been trying to get.in contact with tpg now since last frieday to help me.with my new set up of my moden as i have no home phone not internet and i can not watch all of my channels as i need the internet this is no good paying for a a service that you can not use you think that some body from TPG would get back to me .as i have sent 4 email and left my number for them to call.i can understand now why some of you get upset if i dont hear from TPG i going to contact the telecon information board as they do some about this so is any body know how to help me my devices are telling me that i have internet. but when i go to open up a web page i get told no internet. and on my home phone. all i get is a dial tone i can not ring out nor .receive incoming call so i am not happy with.
