Hi - I got an email today saying the installation is complete. Setup the modem per details provided and it didn’t work. Also gone through the troubleshooting per your website still no luck. Doesn’t look like there is a connection. Also got a call from TPG yesterday saying a technician need to come to fix the connection and they will schedule an appointment but strangely I got an email today saying installation completed!
