I relocated to a tiny remote town for work and ordered TPG over a month ago. I have the NBN cable, they sent me the modem, but STILL waiting on service!?! I'm going mad here, I can't work, I'm tethering of my iPhone which is hopeless, I can't get in touch with any customer service, i've tried emailing, tried the the online chat endlessly and only got through once and the person wouldn't respond to me! I'm at a total loss as to what. to do, I wish i have NEVER gone with TPG! How to I cancel and get a REFUND for this service? Going to go with Telstra instead this is insane.  ... View more
