Could it be a username and password issue for the internet connection details ??

I have four blue lights on the NCD, but the attached pic is of the TPG supplied modem..

Hi, NBN have just completed my FttC installation, but I can't connect to the internet. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks Jeff
