NBN have just completed my FttC installation, but I can't connect to the internet. Is there something else I need to do?

Please ensure your equipment is setup as per the following guide shows you.

If it is connected like this and you still dont have 4 blue lights on the NCD after being connected for 15 minutes at least. Please get back to us.

I have four blue lights on the NCD, but the attached pic is of the TPG supplied modem..
Could it be a username and password issue for the internet connection details ??
