Hi, The internet is constantly dropping and when it does come back it will drop again. It has happened a couple of times. If possible, can you just check our connection please? Many thanks, Aileen

Good day! I connected to TPG NBN FTTN50 for almost 3 months now, but in the past fee days and weeks or months, I’ve been getting frequent disconnections, sometimes for 5 minutes or so and sometimes for hours, sometimes it reconnects on it’s own. I’m using a wifi connection, however the wifi still works. Could we ask for a reset the port of our NBN service please. And hopefully the connection will continue to be stable, because it’s very annoying, when the disconnection happens several times a day. Thank you

Hi TPG, Good day! The NBN technician has come yesterday to our house to check the problem, Apparently, the internet line and NBN is okay, but the Modem router is not okay and therefore advised us to replace the Modem router itself and he said, he already send the issue to your office about the Modem router replacement, Could we ask for replacement for this, please. Because since last week we don’t have a stable internet connection, It’s dropping badly and sometimes no internet connection at all, please. We may ask your help for this. Dear technicians: We would like to complain about our internet speed. It is not customer satisfactory to us as its internet speed is slower than expected and it does not comply with the stated speed on the contract.

Dear technicians, we would like help with our internet, please. Internet outages have happened for the tenth time in a row. And still, internet continues to drop out and offer no service.

We did some resets and troubleshooting and so far, there has been no internet outages. For now, we will observe the internet and inform you whether an internet outage occurs again or not. We would like to thank you for your help and we hope that our internet doesn’t short out ever thanks to you help.

Good day! For months now the service has been dropping out for 10 to 30 minutes a time, but it's gone from dropping out once a mouth to just about every 2 to 3 days. I have tried changing cables, the modem and I even checked the wall socket for corrosion and copper cable for damage but all looked good. The other day I didn't think it was going to come back on so I made a call to technical surpport but as I got to talk to some one it came back on but they did a line check and it came back ok. Then today it dropped out twice in one day so I hope it is not going keep doing that.

Hi, I cannot connect to interent everything else is working except the internet and my son is doing remote schooling today, I cant see where the live chat is with tech support. thank you
