My NBN drops out frequently - usually daily for 10-20 minutes. I can see the black NBN box trying to recover by cycling through a complete powerup, failing to establish upstream/downsttream connections and then trying again in a few minutes. When it's workinging it works well. No lag and good speed. I am working from home - as well as having kids doing University work,VCE (including SAC testing) and other secondary study. TPG have discontinued phone based Tech Support and I can't join the chat queue as it is oversubscribed and will not allow me. What should I do?
