Hi @chriskalaritis,   When you say the devices does not receive the Wi-Fi signal does it mean they are unable to detect the Wi-Fi network or they're unable to connect to the Wi-Fi?   Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation also post a picture of the current status light of the modem/router.   How to send a PM?    Basil!
