I have lodged 2 incidents over the past 5 days for poor internet performance on an NBN100 plan in the 2227 postcode, my latest incident states it’s waiting on me however the only contact I have had from TPG is an SMS saying you tried to contact me but I have no missed calls, messages, or any other contact (this is typical poor service desk performance to stop the clock on tickets). I have used the “official” TPG app to perform a speed test but it of course crashes when performance is poor leaving me with no “official” evidence or means to lodge an incident. 2 people attempting to work from home does not cause poor performance on a 100Mbs connection. Hi All,   I've been finding lately my Archer VR1600v keeps hanging with only the Phone light lit, however there is no dial tone and any devices connected to the wired LAN ports can no longer access the internet.   I cannot connect to the modem via a browser it simply times out.   The NBN NCD has all FTTC lights lit and LAN light is blinking normally.   When I check the modem log after a power cycle there's nothing available before the restart.   There are no reported or planned NBN outages affecting my area.   Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?   TIA   Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000 ... I have a brand new VR1600v which nicely provides DHCP addresses for wireless clients however fails to provide DHCP for wired LAN ports. My previous router worked with the same cabling and devices, all lights are green and running at 1Gbs. Looking through various forums this seems to be a common issue but never a resolution.
