My NBN internet is not working as Internet LED is off on modem. I spent 2.5 hours waiting on phone last evening only to be told that the people who could help me had finished for the night. I called with their stated working hours. I emailed last night and have not received a reply. I am currently at work but do not want to wait for hours again. Please contact me via chat, email or phone. I will be home at about 3:30pm QLD time and would like to know that when I am home I can work with someone to fix that issue.
