Hi, I have transfered from TPG NBN to 5G netwok on 5 Mar, but TPG continutine charing my old NBN account on 11 Mar for the Package Period 18/03/2024 to 17/04/2024. Can anyone please review this? Thanks, Wei

@RiezlUnfortunatly, this issue occurs again, several times per day, the TP-Link modem router keeps resetting and I have to manually enter my username/password for the connecting configuration after every resetting. The proble ruined my remote meeting many times, so annoyed! Here is my modem router version: Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v1 00000000 Can TPG fix this issue? Is this somthing to do with TPG's modem ?

I'm not sure if TPG support did something or my manual factory reset actually fixed this problem. What I did was the hard factory reset my router. i.e. long-press the reset button. After that, I can change and save custom configurations, and there is no self-factory reset anymore so far.

Hi, My TP-Link Archer VR1600v router keeps doing factory reset itself every 2~3 hours. Any TPG side updates could trigger this?

@Ahra_G This factory reset happend again today, my router is TP-Link Archer VR1600v Update: now this factory reset occurs very frequently (every 1~2 hours)

Hi @Ahra_G Thanks for your reply. My router isn't new, I used it for several years after I switched to NBN. It worked very well, and as you said, it was pre-configured. However, it suddenly stopped working yesterday - all my configurations (such as the WIFI name and password, router admin password, DSL configuration, etc.) were reset to factory settings. So my concern is why the router did factory reset itself, did any TPG changes trigger this?

Hi, I just disconnected from Internet suddenly. I got following error message: Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured. Then I noticed my router was factory reset somehow, I don't know why, did TPG do this ? or maybe someone tried to hack my router? I have changed my router and WIFI passwords, and restart the router, but still receive the same error. Could you please help me out? Thanks in advance. ----------- ---------- Update: Now I can connected Internet after I manually configure DSL. I still worry if my router was hacked :(

Dear TPG support team, My Internet connection keeps dropping since yesterday. I can see the Internet connection drops every a few minutes from the router admin. Now I'm working from home everyday and totally rely on the stable network connection to get my work done, so could you please investigate the issue and fix it ASAP. If you need any details please let me know. Thanks in advance.
