Hi @moiramudzimwa        Please try this guide https://youtu.be/EAlMHuFfGIM, if you ever connected to same wifi before, please click forget and reconnect,  if you still having the issue,  Turn on, a hotspot on your phone, try to connect, if it is still failing,  Foxtel IQ3, WIFI adapter is faulty, please contact Foxtel for box replacement.   Thanks  Rajen  ...
