Hi @andyzhang9303, We're able to confirm that the issue affecting the service is controlled by NBN's network this has been escalated to our Engineering Team and now coordinating with NBNCo. expect an update via SMS or phone call within the next 24-48hrs. Thanks for raising this to us, andyzhang9303. We ran an initial test to the service it shows a possible line fault, please send us your best contact number and preferred time also include the Serial Number and MAC address of the NBN box for reference. Hi @andyzhang9303 ,   Thanks for raising this to us, we're sad to know that you're having issues with the service.
