I called over a month ago to move my NBN to my new address in Berwick as i no longer live in Wantirna SOuth. I just realised that nothing has been updated on file and there is no mention of my new address. I have also had multiple charges come out of my account which make no sense as well as no modem sent to the new address. What the?? I need this sorted please as well as the errors on my account regarding Plan change....?? I didnt ask for that. Please update!
