This afternoon my FTTN broadband connection dropped out suddenly and rebooting the modem/router a few times just gives a flashing DSL light and no active internet light. It's been almost ten days and no NBN activation. I was told it would be a few days but I seriously think that was some type of joke. What's not a joke is that my working NBN connection was RUDELY disconnected during the middle of last month with no explanation as to WHY. Yesterday I noticed my NBN connection was disconnected without any notification. Resetting the VDSL modem did no good as it appears my actual plan has been deactivated.
