I was getting SMS messages from TPG.  First was Saturday 3:56pm.  Resolved on Sunday 6:18pm.   So for 24 hours, I had an NBN outage.   I want to know why TPG knew about this outage, yet it isn't reported on the TPG service status.  Looking at 'last 24 hours' and 'resolved problems' I cannot see my outage listed.  Is this some method to under-report the outages? ...
