Earlier today I received a text fro TPG saying that I was required to connect my modem. I followed the setup instructions. However, my NCD power light is the only solid blue light. The second light flashes blue for 30 seconds, the stops and flashes red for a few seconds before flashing blue again for about 30 seconds. This loop continues all the time.
