Hi @seandoherty246   Welcome to the Community!   We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but did not detect any fault within the NBN Network.   TP Link Archer VR1600v is the only available modem/router for our NBN FTTN service. You have the option to purchase a third party device, but the bundled home phone will not work since the settings are embedded on the TP-Link firmware.   Real time testing needs to be performed.
