Hi there, I tried to make a call and it didn't work, came voice message " you're account has expired " I went back to my tpg dashboard and saw $20 overdue payments to be paid. I've paid the amount that was due. But I'm still getting the problem of making outgoing calls and nor datas. Could you please assist?

Hi there, I selected 4G on my mobile, but the top right corner of my mobile still shows 3G. I wonder if this is because I am using an old SIM. Is it possible to send a new SIM card? Thank you.

Hi there, The NBN at home is not stable. Signals on modem is changing between 4, 5 and 6. We lose connection every 20 mins. Could you please check if there is an issue? Thank you.

Hi TPG team, the NBN at my home address is really slow despite all lights on modem and NBN are on. The download speed is only zero point something where the upload speed is at 10. Could you please advise if there is something we can do to investigate or rectify this? Thanks.
