The NBN technician visited, checked the line and pillar - no problems. Says it must be the modem. I've power cycled and factory reset the modem. There has been 5 link down messages over the last 7 hours. Thanks Team for the prompt follow up and checkins to make sure it was working. The remote port was reset and I haven't seen any drops since.   ... View more
