Hey @Cjj, Send me your account details together with your contact details and we'll have our Technical Team to contact you for real-time test and investigation. Regards I have the same problem as Winston. Through the day the speed will usually be quite high (10-20 Mbps). But often drops to the same numbers as in Winston's screenshot and stays slow for several hours. This will happen when the router signal light still shows >50%, which makes me think the slowdown is not due to poor signal

Hello, Thanks. I do not know if copper wires for NBN main line were installed here because my previous NBN was wired (modem plus router), then offering me to shift to a wireless broadband is somewhat weird because I am using NBN. Anyway no big deal on this issue as long as I know the old lines will be replaced, that would be great for the improvement of NBN services.

Hello Winston, Thank you for your message today and for being a part of the TPG Community. BSA is a delivery partner to NBN contracted to provide installation services of their network. I have attached a link to their website for you. http://www.bsa.com.au/pages/sectors/communications/nbn.html I suggest to ease your concerns when the installer arrives ask for their ID, their ACMA licence and NBN accreditation noting name and registration number. More importantly at the moment make sure they follow all Covid-19 precautions by wearing a face mask, hand sanitising and wiping over your NBN devices with a disinfectant cloth on completion. Hi Peter, Thank you. Although I've raised this issue yesterday but nobody contacted me. Hoping this issue will be resolved as I am concerned if my NBN plan started to kick off although I have not started to use any of my availed services.
