Hi @Hamish,   I've checked your escalated ticket and have seen that our team of engineers has raised the service concern to NBNCo.    A NBN Technician has been scheduled to attend the service difficulty on Thursday, 23rd of August 2018, between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
