Hi David I tried to set up a slave email address the phone took me to a different set up but failed with the same error message. Hi David I tried the options with and without email login with tpg.com.au. I also tried all port numbers with combinations using SSL/TLS, StartTls and None. I recieved the same error messages as before. I double checked my password and rechecked all details I entered, end up with same messages. I cannot check log detail as this option is not avaliable when entering login details. Hello David64 I tried  sending port 587 with security none, receiving port 110 security none, and got this message “Log-in Error, Please check your email and password and try again” I have checked my email and password are correct. I tried sending port 465 with security SSL/TLS, receiving port 995 with security SSL/TLS, and got this message “ Log-in Error, The connection to your email server timed out. Hi Shane Thank you for your reply, i tried to forward your reply to the postmater but it failed to send, so I logged onto the post ofiice and sent it through there, I have sent an Emial to the postmaster as follows: Dear Postmaster the first thing I did when I got the below error message was to change my TPG account password and waited for 3 hours it did not change the error message.  I resend emails that i receive in my TPG email account to a different email account where I wish to send out to bulk email address.  I do send a bulk Email to my relatives through TPG email address as I am the historian for my family, I know these are not malware or unsolicited. I tried to send the below email from outlook to you and got the error message below, Task 'XXXXX@tpg.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties.  The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User XXXXXX@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse' This is frustrating, can you please fix the problem permanently. After some time spent with TPG helpdesk and TPG postmaster my problem with the post office was resolved, Thank you to TPG  for solving the problem and TPG Community for assistance. This now left me with a second problem that my outlook part of office 2016 would not work, I had deleted my TPG account out of outlook 2016 and used my Gmail account. Outlook would not allow my to add my TPG account through outlook. The solution to this is to go to your computer control panel, find mail in control panel and add your account through control panel, now everything is working OK and has been for two weeks now. ... Hi David I am still having problems. I have narrowed the problem down to TPG Post Office, I cannot send new or forward old Emails from the post office, something there is blocking emails. The message I get is "Failure sending message: Email address not valid. Please us an email address that looks like user@example.com" the two email addresses that I have used are my work emails that other people are sending emails to through two different suppliers. I have also changed my password, waited 40 minutes and the above still happens. I have spoken to five different people at TPG helpdesk (131423) who all have all escalate the problem and said someone would get back to me, so far only one phone call back, the other times I have had to phone TPG and go through the whole diagnosis process from the start, very frustrating.
