Yeah, they sent a tech out to my house (not sure why) he checked everything was ok with my setup and he said it would be escalated. I received a call from TPG saying that the tech checked everything was ok so I should just use another game server... I told them that is not possible and they have to fix this issue as it has to do with their routing or one of their providers. I am guessing from what I read here (and other posts from Final Fantasy player) that nothing will be done. I get the exact same things (also playing Genshin Impact), I check the routes to both asian servers (one in HK 8.209.245.30 and one in Japan 47.91.24.239) and the routes are all over the place Europe->Japan->China->America->Singapore or Europe ->Japan->China->America->Japan and because of things pings are 330-360, its crazy.   The servers are all hosted with Alibaba Cloud (https://www.alibabacloud.com/) and it seems like traffic to these servers is being routed out of asia to america then back to asia.   My brother also plays (is not with TPG) and gets 120ms to the servers and if I switch to 4g (Telstra) and test I get 140ms (the routes to go out to America then back to asia).   Please fix this.... ...
