Hi @enricodg,    Welcome to the Community!    Upon checking, your service is awaiting activation however, we need to check few things first.    Have you received the modem for the new service?  Are you able to find the NTD (another NBN modem) in the premise?  If you have both equipment, are they plugged in and turned on?
