I recently activated my SIM and received a message asking me to reply to it to authorise the transfer of my existing mobile number. However, I do not have an active mobile service to do this so I am stuck. Can you please help with this issue?

I ordered a SIM more than a week ago and I received a message saying it was shipped on 09/10/01. However, I did not receive it and I am stuck waiting for it.
