Hi, I’ve contacted over the phone countless times getting my disconnections sorted out. (Existing ticket: 10888011) however we are just going in circles with this and I need a solution asap as I rely on my internet connection to work from home. I believe it could be something wrong with the nbn box that was supplied when we moved over to nbn over a year ago. I have looked at the lights and the last two lights are off when disconnected however the modem router seems fine. Is there a way to swap out the faulty nbn connection box?
