Hi @AALFTayl,    Welcome to the Community!   It appears that your modem already has the latest firmware.    I had the chance to ran remote tests and the modem showed connected for almost a day now.    Since wireless signals travel through the air, they are susceptible to different types of interference than standard wired networks. Interference weakens wireless signals and therefore is an important consideration when working with wireless networking.
