TPG Tech Support does not respond after waiting for more than 30 min on the phone. I would consider TPG quality of service inacceptable. I have to spend the whole day trying to reach TPG Technical Support, and cannot get the help, no one responses to me. This is not a Christmas or any other holiday time. Hi, I cannot receive calls and make outgoing calls from my mobile phone for more than two days. My phone does support 5G, and mobile data is working. Have more than $30 balance effective 04 March 2024. I also cannot reach TPG tech support by any of contact phones, provided on TPG website for more than three hours. Hi tpg support team, this is not the first or second time when TPG customers in Marrickville left without internet FOR MORE THAN 1 DAY on public holidays. I live in Marrickville (Marrickville road), and today my NBN connection drops approximately every 10-15 minutes. Unlike most of people I work from home today, and need internet connection to do my job. The same NBN outage happened on Wednesday, 29th of December from the morning, until approximately 3 pm.
